Things to remember:
When I feel that I’m falling in the trap of all negative thinking, then I will try to just stop thinking and concentrate on other subjects, like studies, or books .....
The point is just stop thinking about that subject and try not to find a solution for my "problem". That’s not igonring the existent problem, its just not ignoring the "problem making mind" when I'm not in good mood.
When negative thinking comes to mind I'm the only person who can help it stop. Others can give me a start in the best situation. They can not always tell me what i want to hear or give me positive thinking.
This does not mean friendship is worthless, and no body cares for what i go though.
[Still don't know what’s the use of friendship, if they only want to share the happy moment] Although I should remember if one get into the circle of negative ness and instead of trying to solve it by him/herself, wants to explain it over and over it to others and wants to engage them into the misery or unhappy thoughts, This would cause the firendship to vanishes.
Especially when one wants to find a conclusion just by talking and talking/ thinking and thinking about those negative thoughts.
Concentrating on negative though would not make them disappear; it would just make them expand.
Remember I deserve to have a happy and successful life.
Regardless where do i live and how do I live.
Happiness and have a successful image for my life is internal.
When I achieve that happiness and peace, then I can achieve success.
Then I can help others to be in peace,
or help to prepare external factors for a better life.
